We are growing again..!
One of the member companies of the Kyda Group is looking for about 800-1000 square feet of non retail, "industrial park" type office space. Prefer east side, but a west side office close to a freeway access point would do also.
We would even consider sharing with a current tenant and splitting phone/broadband/utility costs, etc. We have little or no walk in traffic and would help the tenant/landlord with any IT related issues at reduced rates.
Can anyone help? or spare some ideas? All referrals are appreciated.

We have a 12 x 18 window office available in our suite with adjacent secretarial space. The building is located on Woodward Avenue in Bloomfield Hills, about 0.5 miles north of the Square Lake Road access to I-75. The suite is currently occupied by three attorneys who are anxious to stop paying for empty space. Copier and fax use is available for an additional flat monthly fee.
