About to redevelop and relaunch roundtablepandp.com ... what should I have as a part of it, and what would make you hit the back button in a nano-second?

When we suspended operations for Roundtable Promotions and Publicity, we did some things to put our website on hiatus as well. We are working on a relaunch strategy now, and I don't want to compete with LinkedIn, Pulse, Motor City Connect or anywhere else you go ... what would you want to see on a website dedicated to business building, business communications, promoting your business and creating positive awareness. AND ... what would you look at as self serving and useless data?

What Will You Build the Rest of 2020? | 0 | 0 | 635 |
I probably will have a lot more focused & specifics if I dig in but on top of my head in a very broad overview without too much details
) my perspective..
You are definitely doing the right thing of understanding your end user...
These kind of website are a tool to facilitate the business building/ networking
1. I want to see the tool itself simple to use (Plan on different versions / phases up front)
2. If you have the choice to answer only 1 things - what is website is for , try answering that. Meaning prioritize what you want to accomplish through this site (I noticed you had mentioned few things that your website would like to do)
3. What is "That thing" that you will not duplicate from the above mentioned existing sites.
As an end user I would want the website to be more than just a directory where I will list my info.
Hope it helps...
Thanks for asking, Dean!
I'm a bit confused and hope you can help me understand the extent of your "relaunch" - - are you relaunching the website only, bringing back the Roundtable events, or both?
