The headlines would have you believe the housing market is dead!
That does not appear to be the case though
Take a look at the numbers below:

(NOTE: searched on realcomp with sold prices over $10k to weed out leases.)
Amazing! Sales prices are down and there are more cash sales at the lower end of the market. But, business is happening, you just have to go and get it!
