HR Retreat Ideas?

I work for a non profit organization that recently added an HR department which is comprised of myself and 2 others. Since all 3 of us are somewhat new to the foundation, we wanted to step away for a day and work on team building, goals for 2009, and the like. Any proven ideas out there for an affordable, 1 day, 3 person HR retreat?
