I just saw your post. I'm new to Motor city connect. I'm a realtor that has lived in Troy, Royal Oak and/or Clawson most of my life. I am intimately familiar with both markets.
You didn't mention if your friends had their homes listed with a realtor or not, but I'd be happy to speak with them and provide a no cost CMA to make sure they are priced competitively for those markets.
Naturally if they are not listed with a Relator, I'd be happy to discuss that with them as well.

If there is a buyer shopping... I have a great home available on Kenilworth in Clawson. The seller is very motivated. 3 BR brick ranch w/bsmt and a 2 car detached garage.
