Prisoners in Disguise

We are all prisoners of something...be it our economy, our culture, our beliefs, or our thoughts... but John Francis found freedom from it all in an unlikely, unusual way.

This 20-minute video blew me away - because of John's commitment to the environment (he walked everywhere he went for 22 years, including a trek across the U.S. and much of South America), his choice to not speak at all for 17 years, and the wisdom he shares on what we can learn about ourselves when we make the choice to change.
