What should I ask Terry Bean?
I'm new to MCC and although I don't reside in the Detroit area, I think this is a fantastic resource! A brief introduction -- My name is Peter Clayton and I'm the producer/host of a career advocacy radio show (podcast) called Total Picture Radio. One of your members, and a listener of my show, suggested I interview Terry Bean. After spending some time on this web site I thought Cleo was right! (Hat-tip to Cleo Parker for introducing me to MCC)...
So, I wanted to reach out to the members of this group and ask for your suggestions.. I'm recording the interview with Terry Tuesday AM...

How has MCC helped you?
If you've attended any of the MCC events, please share your stories.
Have you made new friends through the MCC group?
Have you found a new job, or attracted new business though MCC?
Do you think the Govt should bail out the "Big 3?"
People outside of the Detroit area hear so much negative information about "the rust belt" the tremendous unemployment, crime, etc. What's great about living in Detroit? Why do you stay?

Peter, you did an excellent job facilitating the interview and making sure many of these well thought out questions were addressed. We have a membership that is very thought FULL, concerned and connected. It's more than great to be associated with so many wonderful people.
I enjoyed the interaction with you and am very impressed by your turnaround time. I am very interested in our membership's response to the 25 minutes of interview we did.

I just started listening to the podcast and one thing that is consistant is Terry's message. The questions were good, the topic is very relevant and you really get an understanding for the history of MCC. But to me, the highlight is hearing Terry be consistent and authentic with his communication. And correct!
Terry, it's no surprise that you've done a marvelous job in sharing your vision and the strengths of MCC. I ditto David's comment - your authenticity and consistency shine through... Bravo!
Peter, a thousand "Thanks You's" for shining a light on one of Michigan's finest people, and the networking model that is changing the face of business in metro Detroit.
