LandAmerica files for Bankrupcy - what does that mean for you?

LandAmerica is filing for bankruptcy and will have its principal title operations purchased by Fidelity Title Company. Is there any reason to be concerned? Sale will be finalized around the end of the year. LandAmerica has issued a press release to calm anyone who is working with them.

Well, what does it mean to me? MORE business as I have potential clients who have no BECOME clients due to this "scare" that is crossing the area! Overall... not good for all involved. Thanks for posting that Gary!
