Diversity speakers needed

Do you or someone you know have special knowledge or expertise about employment diversity. I am looking for speakers to address these important issues before 40-50 human resources professional. Here are some specific areas in which I need to locate speakers:
- Experience at changing a workforce through hiring or retention to meet EEOC requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of how the retiring baby boomers will impact our workforce.
- Knowledge of six or seven controversial EEOC cases regarding diversity.
- Best-practices and success stories demonstrating multicultural communication.
- Someone who has broken the "glass-ceiling" by attaining a position never before held by their ethnic, gender, racial, or other culture.
