Diversity speakers needed

Do you or someone you know have special knowledge or expertise about employment diversity. I am looking for speakers to address these important issues before 40-50 human resources professional. Here are some specific areas in which I need to locate speakers:



  1. Experience at changing a workforce through hiring or retention to meet EEOC requirements.

  2. In-depth knowledge of how the retiring baby boomers will impact our workforce.

  3. Knowledge of six or seven controversial EEOC cases regarding diversity.

  4. Best-practices and success stories demonstrating multicultural communication.

  5. Someone who has broken the "glass-ceiling" by attaining a position never before held by their ethnic, gender, racial, or other culture.

Rick, I work with a Chrysler exec who specializes in employment diversity, and meets most, if not all, of your criteria. I'll send you her info offline.

  You might also consider David Segura, CEO of Vision-IT.  They have won diversity awards, and would be an excellent resource.  Let me know if you want me to introduce you.
