I need help with a computer program

Do you know of a computer program that takes an audio recording (speaking not music) and transcribes it into text?
I am looking for something like this that would help me save a tremendous amount of time.

Copytalk might be a resource. I know their app. allows you to call in and your message is dictated. They might have something or at least a contact to follow up on.
