I'm looking for help in learning about major widow installation businesses>

I have been asked by a mid-west based advertising agency to help them develop a strategy and marketing plan for a non-Michigan, Midwest Windows and Doors Manufacturer/Installation company (companies like Wallside Windows, Hanson's, etc.).  I would welcome an opportunity to network with someone about the basic business model, how seasonality directs marketing strategies, effects of a struggling economy (and solutions), manufacturing and distribution models, marketing strategies and budgets... stuff like that.
