Home Sale By Owner / Question for Realtors

Hi: I am planning to sell my house in the Spring and am planning to list "By Owner." (Of course if anyone has a buyer before, I am open) I would like to "work with realtors." Does this mean offering a commission? How much? What else? As a "By Owner" seller do I host open houses or what? Do I invite specific realtors? Thanks. Paula
