"Robots" on the Frontline

We need some help with some real life stories about "Robots" on the front line. These are people that do stupid things or blindly follow dumb procedures. For example, we have seen the clip from "Meet the Parents" where the gate agent would not let Ben Stiller on the airplane because his row had not been called even though he was the only one in the boarding area.
