How to pull a deed online?

I need to be able to pull deeds using Liber numbers, or morgagee name, or street address...
I've run into a couple county sites that have a paid service, but not all of them do. Some charge high amounts, some don't...
Has anyone had any luck with any other sites, subscriptions, ect...?

You can do it at the county for a dollar a page to see who is on title or you can go through my company for a full search to find everything for $150.00
My firm uses Keith's company (Franklin Title) for all of our deed work. BNA software has a site, but it is purely tax info.
Franklin Title is worth the cost; they are effective and efficient!!!
