Jim - Just a thought - depending on how far along your business is and your exact needs you might also want to look into:

*Chamber of Commerce membership - some of them include conference room usage

*Ann Arbor Spark, Tech Town or other incubators - lease office space for as little as $75 per month

*Ed institutions (i.e. Oakland unviersity is initiating a business incubator which offeres state of the art conference rooms and for a tax deductable dontain to the university you can receive a graduate student to work for you for the summer/develop a marketing plan, etc)

Good luck.  If you figure out a solution for you, and there is a sublet option let me know.  I am a startup in the very basic stages, and working with my team in bars with wifi for 2.5 hours a week is not working.  I would be willing to pay a very small fee to meet in an office of 2.5 hours each week.  We only need connectivity.
