Mothers Day Menu Details
 
 
Chef Roberto Caceres
Menu will consist of 10 Tapas, 2 Soups, 2 Salads, 9 Entrees, and Dessert
that are to be ordered a la carte.
 
Below is a list of some entrees on the menu... just to name a few.
 
 
Ternera Al Limon
    Tender veal chop dipped in egg batter, parmesan cheese, and white wine. Sautéed golden brown and topped with sliced mushrooms, lemon sauce, and lemon zest.
 
Salmon Envuelto
    Fresh filet of salmon and baby spinach. Wrapped in a puff pastry and baked golden brown. Topped with roasted red pepper tomato sauce, and baby bottom mushrooms.
 
Tournedos Béarnaise
   Twin cut of prime tenderloin of beef. Grilled to perfection and topped with béarnaise sauce. Served with special rosemary seasoned red skin potatoes.
 
Jarrete de Cordero
   Oven roasted tender lamb shank. Served over a bed of garlic and herb mashed potatoes and caramelized onions. Laced with merlot wine sauce.
 
Pechuga de Pollo Especial
    Grilled marinated chicken breast topped with sautéed artichoke heart, portobello mushrooms, baby spinach, and fresh tomatoes. Finished in the oven with bechamele sauce and parmesan cheese.
