Amazing what a great feeling watching a blighted out house coming down is. If you spent 5 minutes in this area, you would know that this was the right thing to do. Many thanks to all of the the people who made this possible. Whether you were there, shared the message or just appreciated the shift in energy, your effords made a difference. Please make sure they continue to do so by sharing these videos.

So you now know that I am neither the best videographer nor do I have the right equipment. Actually, I think it's pretty cool to be able to do that with my phone that keeps my calendar, e-mail, texts, contacts, photos, documents and a hell of a lot of other stuff, but I digress.

It was a pleasure to participate with Motor City Connect and Blight Busters in tearing down the house on August 1st. It was amazing to me how everybody there figured out what needed to be done and dove in. And I have to say - it was fun, and a great workout. Why go to the gym when you can get aerobic exercise, build strength, be outside and help improve the condition of someone's neighborhood?
Thanks to the people who set this up and helped organize everything. Let's do it again!
