Small Claims - Unpaid invoices - help!?

This lady hasn't paid for work. I clearly have evidence documented; but no contract; just a verbal agreement.
I don't have her address and we've been doing work via phone and email. I only have those pieces of information. That and i know which city she lives in and her address where she works.
I've never had to small file with small claims. How am i suppose to serve her?

Information about the procedures for filing an action in small claims court (including service) can be found at:

You may also want to consider having an attorney send her a letter demanding payment, as that may be enough to get her to pay the invoices without going to court.
