I have a contractor that will be building a ferric chloride plant from the ground up. Is their someone in your network that could assist in this project?

Rick, please clarify - what does he need? Other contractors? If so, in which trades?
If he is looking for a sub-consultant to perform land surveying services I would be intereted in talking to him.
