Managing Fibromyalgia is a daily struggle. After numerous clients and therapists have asked what I recommend as a daily pain reduction approach, I developed a DVD of daily self-massage and stretching exercises.
I am looking to connect with those with Fibromyalgia or businesses working with Fibromyalgia clients to share this DVD with them.

Check out Melaleuca.com Their vitamins are spectacular. I had a friend who had Fibromyalgia and he has had such great success with them that his doc told him whatever he is doing to keep it up. You can't go wrong. Let me know if this helps.
