Are you making a New Year’s resolution to pass or help someone pass the PMP Exam in 2010?
If that applies to you, someone you know, or someone you mentor through the preparation process, I want to offer some help. After I passed my PMP exam in 2009 I started developing study materials and made them available as free downloads on my website ( www.qvive.biz/pmp.aspx ). This will help you make sense of (1) all the documents (project management plan and project documents), and (2) formulas and equations. I also developed a full-color chart or poster that shows the "big picture", a visual study aid that ties "everything" together, showing both high-level overview as well as process-level detail, like inputs, tools and techniques, outputs and data flow. This cannot be downloaded and printed, because of the 18"x24" size. However, I have invested in having this poster professionally printed, and am now in a position to offer this to those interested in studying project management, and have done so during the last couple of months. I have received positive feedback as well as reports of people passing the exam with it!
The poster is available on amazon and on my website. I am currently offering Special New Year's Resolution pricing only on my website ( www.qvive.biz/pmp.aspx scroll down). People "in transition" get an extra break here www.qvive.biz/trans.aspx . I wish everybody a successful and fulfilling 2010.
