Can I share the original vision of Networked Inc. (the company that created Motor City Connect) with you? (This is part 5 of the 5 part series on the history of MCC the link* to the other 4 are below).

In 2002 I created Networked with the very simple idea of creating a multitude of opportunities for those around me. The plan was simple...

Find the right company(s) that needed new sales. Next, communicate their value proposition to my network then pay people when their referrals turned into new business. It's a whole new business model that allows people to help their network whilst helping themselves.

Oh the audacity! To think that I thought I had a "network" back in 2002. I did, of course, but nothing like the network that exists today.

The need for a larger network was one of the reasons I created Motor City Connect. Having access to more people who could add and receive value by sharing these opportunities was a necessity. Motor City Connect certainly fulfills that need.

While I have held this concept in the back of my mind for years, I'm glad I waited until now to put this plan into effect. The timing now is way better than it was in 2002. Companies are looking to "pay for performance", employees are seeking their next position and we have a lot better tools to use to communicate.

With all of these forces in alignment, it is time to roll out the concept of the "extended sales force". What does that mean to you? You have the opportunity to help your network AND make extra money.

Networked Inc. is looking for YOUR referrals to companies you know who need the services my client offers. All you need to do to earn money is make an introduction (that turns into a meeting) to a qualified prospect. If that introduction turns into a sale, you make even more.

I have created a subgroup** (click link to join) here on Motor City Connect that clearly explains the opportunity. It tells you who the first client is (Telnet Worldwide) what they do (provide voice and data solutions to businesses) how to recognize a good opportunity for them (explained in great detail) what you get for your efforts (up to $350.00 cash) and how the process will work (as simple as two e-mails).
