Need direction in Trademark Registry!!

Does anyone know of a website or company that can (EASILY) explain the Trademark Registration process/application? I need to do this pretty quickly and as painless as possible. Any HELP?!?!

My attorney recommended Robin Asher 313-965-8665 I haven't met with him yet, but I was told he's thorough.

Your email doesn't suggest the reason why you might require a trademark, but I would highly recommend a "preliminary search" before you apply for a mark. That way you don't waste precious funds on something that isn't available.
My company crafts brand names, taglines and slogans and we always perform a search first before sharing our ideas with our clients. Always want to look before we leap!
If you believe you require the services of a competent trademark attorney, I highly recommend Scott Keller of Warner, Norcross and Judd. He's brilliant and very resourceful. Now, I found a couple of websites (Trademarkia, Trademarkamour, etc.) that allow you to search to see what's available, however I couldn't find a company that specialized in the registry application. Can you send me more info on your company (I will go to your profile now!)? I really appreciate your referral.
