I am partial to www.Bluehost.com and very much DISlike (and have strong opinions about) GoDaddy. GoDaddy tries to hit you with additional charges for extra features, and their control panel is confusing for the novice user. With Bluehost, the cPanel is very easy to navigate and most of the major functionality you need is already included in the price, including hosting unlimited domains and email accounts.
We have tried quite a few, many are good and many are cheap. I prefer Omnis.com because they are very reliable, give you lots of advance warning when they are taking a server down for service and do at odd times on weekends. Thier user panel is intuitive, the freeware they offer works (shopping carts, form emailers..) and they leave you alone to do your thing. Have never bumped off of the storage limits either. Make sure you document who has your domain with all the passwords or you will pay.
I also have strong feelings towards Bluehost.com - super easy control panel, easy access to the file manager, excellent customer service and one click for installation of most installs. Hands down, if you are looking for something simple to use that is very effective (and tops the charts for the best hosting service in most industry reports) choose Bluehost. (I do not have the same feeling at all about GoDaddy - their structure is confusing and they are not especially user friendly).
I use aplus.net and have been happy for both price & service -
