I just partnered with a new company that will negotiate a short sale for buyers and sellers, on residential and commercial properties. This service is not limited to Michigan and can be used nationally.
Not in the mortgage industry? A short sale is when a seller has a property that has a value that has dropped with the current real estate market but is still paying on a mortgage at the higher, original property value. A buyer comes in and wants to purchase the property at the current market value. This company will go in and negotiate with the bank or other lender to take the buyer's reasonable offer and help the seller pay off his mortgage at the reduced value.
