Berry Farm Funding Needed
I recieved the following note from an other network.
If you have any suggestions or solutions please contact me.
Folks,
A client who is planning on starting a berry farm in Central Virginia, USA is seeking to obtain funding. As the plants do not produce fruit for approximately the first 3 years. The revenue stream begins to flow in years 3-5. After that, the crop is mature and the berries and cash are plentiful.
I am looking for ideas on funding. This does not qualify for any SBA loans because it is an agricultural venture. Therefore, any input is greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,

Sounds like the Berry Farm owners need a private investor. How much are they looking to borrow?
Perhaps I can help.
