Allez Cuisine! Iron Chef Comes To Detroit

Great news... the Book-Cadillac hotel in downtown Detroit just picked up Iron Chef Michael Syman who will be opening his restaurant right here in the Motor City.

This will make it even more of a destination hotel - if you come downtown, take a little detour and see the amazing work they're doing on the place.  New garage, cleaned up facade - they've gutted almost the whole interior (save for the pretty parts they're restoring).  Downtown Chicago or Toronto - here we come, full steam ahead!

A grande dame of hotels, a landmark in our region, it will be open in late October.  This will only help the entire region by having more great places for our clients, our families, and travelers to stay.
