BENEFITS MANAGER POSITION

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Managing vendor relationships and performing network evaluations to maximize healthcare delivery effectiveness for a complex multi-state organization

Negotiating vendor renewals and analyzing proposals from healthcare delivery systems

Analyzing corporate financial trends for health and welfare benefits, and implementing and communicating solutions to those trends

Finding new and creative ways to Integrate employee health with benefits, as a business strategy to reduce costs and improve productivity

Coordinating and mentoring a small administrative and analytical staff
