Need PHOTOGRAPHERS For "Life Remodeled"

"Life Remodeled" is one of the 'FEATURED' volunteer activities for MOTOR CITY CONNECT this year, and I need to get a bunch of photographers to donate each a little time to capture this fantastic 'event'. (I am responsible for all of the "PR" for "Life Remodeled").

Over 5,000 volunteers are committed to help, many from Quicken Loans, GM, Ford, and hopefully MCC! It will be the largest volunteer effort of its kind in recent Detroit history!

The 'project' runs from JULY 29th - AUGUST 4th, and is in a neighborhood just north of Wayne State University (Woodward and Grand Blvd.). These are the kinds of things we would be trying to capture (24 x 7):

- Building a brand new house for a deserving family (in just 6 days!)

- Remodeling 24 houses in the surrounding neighborhood

- Removing blight and boarding up over 250 vacant houses

- Beautifying 48 blocks in the surrounding area

- Have a huge celebration on the 7th day!

I looking to get a bunch of us photographers (already have videographers), so that none of us has to be on-site for a long period of time. [ Also, if you know someone, not on this distribution list, that's 'pretty good' and has their own equipment, feel free to pass this along to them, or just have them contact me ].
