This computer networking thing may come easy to the younger computer savvy crowd but I have not figured out how to use it yet. How is it done. You say ask, but I don't think posting an offering is allowed. Am I correct? I think I am able to help a lot of individuals that are hurting from the current market conditions. I know that there are a lot of retired individuals today that depend on the interest that they get from their CDs and that is only 2 to 3%. The same goes for those that have watched their IRA or 401k plans loose money. I have what I think is a very safe and secured way to give these people 8 to 10% secured, fixed and predictable return without the catches of other investments. There are no fees, penalties or early withdrawal penalties if they should need their money. In addition to helping these people out, we are turning vacant homes that are a blight and eyesore to the community and putting them back on the tax rolls and helping those that may have lost their home to reestablish their credit and be a home owner again. How do I get my message out so that others will seriously consider it since my target market may not be members of this group, but rather the parents and grandparents of members. These individuals tend to keep their problems and their finances to themselves. What I am trying to do is mobilize the membership in asking their parents and grandparents if earning 4 to 5 times more interest in a secured investment would have an impact on their lifestyle.
By the way, I do have credentials. I got my Finance and Accounting degree in 1973. I got my securities license a few years back and have been involved in Real Estate for over 30 years. I have also had a successful Health Insurance for the last 18 years. I am also well versed in the other Insurance products, including Life, and Long Term Care.
