Thanks for the message Jason; I have emailed you privately.
The direction I was headed with the FHA topic is that there have been some recent changes. I'm sure there are plenty of LO's who may not be familiar with all of the changes and the recent "bail out" plan. I have recently attended a class with HUD, and am willing to share this info. FHA could be a great way to help people get into a home or even keep their home.
I also have an electronic version of the presentation I sat through, and am willing to email to those who are interested.
