Hello MCC - We just launched www.wheretofindcare.com, a free consumer resource for quality and satisfaction on healthcare facilities and services (hospitals, nursing homes, home health care, long term hospitals, renal dialysis centers, and more).
We are a new Michigan startup with years of experience in the health care industry as analysts. Our goal is to improve healthcare - quality, access, and cost.
We believe we can help improve health care by providing a voice to patients and their families. By allowing consumers to rate the care they have received, we are providing valuable feedback to health care providers which will allow them to improve their services. By rating your health care provider, you will also be helping others in your community choose the best provider for them.
Your experience can be as a patient, a visitor, or a caregiver - each provides a unique perspective that needs to be shared.
My ask is for MCC members to support us by:

Dawn, I think that's a great website. We are a company that helps seniors and people with disabilities live in their own homes safely and comfortably. In doing so we hear about a lot about the rehab and assisted living facilities - good and bad.
