Looking for introductions to people you know who are in the home party businesses?
I would like introductions to people who do home parties (Mary Kay, Arbonne, Tupperware, Jewelry & More).
We have created a uniquely styled event in Brighton that happens every 2 months. These events are Ladies Night Out and are specifically to introduce vendors to local women who are in their audience for products and services they provide. You can find the event on the MCC calendar, and on the InSights Group website. The next event is November 14, 2008, they are awesome and fun filled! Both men and women are welcome to attend and participate-equal fun is had by all, even though we title it as a Ladies Night. (I am looking for organizers for "Men and their powertools?") I've particpated regularly in Sandra's Ladies Night Out as a vendor and I can honestly say that not only do the attendees have a good time, but the vendors do as well. It is not your typical "Trade Show", there are no booths, but rather "Conversation Areas" assigned to each vendor. What a great impact this has! Guests feel more comfortable simply talking to vendors, and I know I've gotten business out of it. Highly recommended!

What a great event that you organized. I am interested in having the opportunity to talk with you. We have started a Ladies Night Out three months ago and we meet monthly. Definitely in the works and would like some suggestions. I would also be interested in possibly being a part of your event....some distance away but could be a possibly.

We'd love to have you stop in, or participate in any way you'd like. It would be a fun trip, even from a distance to come and bring a group of Ladies with you. We have vendors, games, and this event will feature a clue style mystery. Our Ladies Night Outs keep growing, and getting to be even more successful with each event. Our next Ladies Night is November 14th. We host about 35 vendors showcasing products and services, as well as wine tasting, refreshments, and some type of entertainment. Our last Ladies Night was monopoly game style (you can view pics and a press release on our blog link at www.insights-group.com). This time our interactive game (to get the guests really involved with the vendors) will be a clue mystery. We'll have people dressed up as Ms Scarlett, Mr. Green and the rest as an added fun bonus. This will be the fourth Ladies Night event we have done and they keep getting better! I hope you will consider stopping in, and let me know if there is anything I can do to help you as well.

Hi Sandra,
Since the holidays are approaching, why not offer a "Men's Shopping Spree" outing. Most men I know hate shopping and if they could get everything at one place (ie - Meijers, Target etc) they do just that. However, if you could offer a few different shops like - a lingerie, jewelry, music, vacation, spa etc you might entice them to come in. Forget the wine tasting and get a brewery there to do the brew tasting, maybe even see if a traveling tool co - SnapOn for instance - would be interested. Just some quick thoughts.

Thanks for the note. I think, as a result of your input, that I need to create some ad flyers for our November Holiday Shoppe that will speak to men. Most of the products will make great gifts for the women in their lives. I think we already have many of the businesses in place...I just need to target the advertising in a new message! Thanks for getting me to expand my thinking!

The dates for the shows for '09 are all set. 2nd Friday of the odd numbered Months, January, March, and so on...

Ladies night out is a blast! I particiapated in the last one, as a vendor, and in all honesty we have as much fun, if not more, then the ladies do!
Its a great way to talk to perspective clients in a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Unfortunately I can't make the next one, but my wonderful wife will be filling in for me.
